If you are not totally delighted with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly take it back within 30 days for exchange or credit. Simply log into your account if you have one and if not, please use our guest link and follow the instructions for a return authorization. All sale items and other specially priced items are final sales and cannot be returned, but can be exchanged at customer's expense, depending on availability.

If you are making an exchange of a full priced item we will ship out the new item for no additional shipping charge. If you would prefer a credit, within one business day of receiving your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the price of the shoes or apparel only.  You may return or exchange items by shipping them to:

We process and ship orders each weekday afternoon.  We'll ship your order by the method you choose at checking out and send you an email with the tracking number. Your credit card will be charged once your order has shipped. In the rare event that the items you requested are no longer in stock, we will email you and ask for your preference as to how to proceed.
