We process and ship orders each weekday afternoon. Unless you request otherwise, we'll ship your shoes by FedEx Ground and send you an email with the tracking number. We charge your credit card only once your order has shipped. In the rare event that the shoes you requested are no longer in stock, we will email you and ask for your preference on how to proceed.
If you are not totally delighted with your new shoes for any reason, we'll gladly take them back for exchange or credit. Simply ship them back to the address below with instructions on how to proceed. Sorry, all Shoes on Sale! are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are making an exchange, we will ship out the new shoes for no additional shipping charge. If you would prefer a credit, within one business day of receiving your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the price of the shoes only.
