
1965 Born in a seaside town north of Boston called Swampscott. 1977 Enjoys summers sailing during the day and frying fisherman's platters at night. 1982 Runs cross country and track in high school. Seems Coach Doyle moonlights selling some new running shoe company's waffle trainers with swoosh logo out of his car trunk. 1987 Graduates from Smith College and moves to NYC to work in bank training program, against parents' better judgment who advise her not to go. 1988 As they predicted, moves back to Boston one year later. 1989 Decides to go to medical school. 1992 Gets sidetracked and joins local running shoe company to develop walking shoes for mall walkers. 1995 Runs New York City Marathon 1997 Moves to NYC, again, to work for famous Italian, Bjorn Borg-sponsoring, footwear and apparel company. Parents advise against it AGAIN. 1998 Gets laid off. Moves back to Boston nine months later. With mortgage to pay, takes small job at big children's footwear company. Surprises herself and actually likes children's footwear. 2003 Started Morgan & Milo. Where the name comes from she has no idea.
